HOURS OF SERVICE:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays.
DAMAGE / SHORTAGES:
The carrier who delivers merchandise is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed. Rubbermaid Carts's responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Notify the carrier of any possible damages at the time of delivery so that they may process the claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs receiving documents as free and clear. Notify Rubbermaid Cart to arrange for reshipment of lost and damaged products.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Rubbermaid Cart requires a minimum order of $50. All orders under $50 will be charged a minimum order charge of $5 per order.
PAYMENT:
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card orders via online or telephone are subject to authorization from card issuer. We accept purchase orders upon approved credit. Please attach credit reference sheet or contact us for a credit application. There will be a 7 to 10 day waiting period on checks, money orders will be processed in 3-4 business days.
DISCREPANCIES:
Notify Ruubermaid Cart of any invoice, credit card or shipping discrepancies within five days of receipt.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Rubbermaid Cart warrants that all products will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
The majority of Rubbermaid Cart's products carry a one year manufacturers warranty, however, the warranty term may vary from product to product. Please contact Rubbermaid Cart customer service for specific manufacturer warranty terms. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE
Non-stock items may be subject to limited availability or available only on a special order basis and not subject to standard lead times. Special order and non-stock order quantities must meet the minimum order requirements of the manufacturer or potentially be subject to excessive factory lead times. Non-stock and special order items totally $1695.00 or greater will only ship pre-paid freight from the nearest facility.
