SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Stock items under 75 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified or requested otherwise.
Shipping charges are calculated for your convenience prior to checkout.
COMMON CARRIER:
Due to size, weight or shape, some items are not shippable by UPS and require delivery via a freight carrier. Freight delivery is available in most markets that support scheduled weekly/daily route deliveries.
Minimum orders of $1695.00 or greater ship free freight via Rubbermaid Cart choice carrier from the nearest warehouse to any destination within the continental U.S. A freight charge of $89.00 is clearly visible when you place the items in our shopping cart. When delivering to a residence Rubbermaid Cart will contact the customer for an additional $40.00 shipping charge as implemented by our local carrier companies. Depending on the distance of the customer from one of our 31 nationwide warehouses, additional shipping charges could apply. Rubbermaid Cart will contact the customer with any additional freight charges before an order is shipped.
Delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. Rubbermaid Cart is not responsible for paying Common Carrier accessorial charges including inside delivery, residential delivery, lift gate, sort and segregate, C.O.D. fees and construction site delivery. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. The customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon MST normally ship within 24 hours and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days.
Closeout and special order items take approximately 14-18 business days for delivery. If a special order has been placed, Rubbermaid Cart will contact the customer with lead time. Rubbermaid Cart will also contact the customer as soon as possible if an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped or has been discontinued. Rubbermaid Cart cannot cancel a special order once it is placed.
Please be certain to inspect, count and varify product is received in good condition before signing with the carrier. Please make certain that you have received ALL of your product before signing with the carrier. Rubbermaid Cart is not responsible for missing product once the customer has signed with the carrier. |
