Rubbermaid Cart accepts returns of stocked merchandise only. There are no returns or cancellations for special order items. Return of stocked items received within:
30 days of invoice and or order date................15% Restock Fee
We do not allow returns 31 days or more of invoice and or order date.
We do not allow returns on all damaged, discontinued, special order, non-stock or close-out merchandise and items without their original packaging/box. Boxes must be in like new condition.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes between the parties shall be heard by the Federal and/or state courts located within Colorado.
Rubbermaid Cart reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The foregoing terms and conditions form the entire Agreement between Rubbermaid Cart and the Customer and shall not be modified by the terms and conditions of any other submitted by the Customer.
Shipping charges on all returns are non-refundable.
